Training
(Note: to see my scheduled public training coming up, please click here)
I offer workshops and talks on autism and neurodiversity. Topics I’ve covered include introduction to autism and neurodiversity, autism and mental health, counselling autistic adults, accessibility for neurodivergent employees and students. Clients I’ve run training for include The Scottish Government, COSLA, L’Arche, The University of Edinburgh, LGBT Health and Wellbeing. I have also delivered talks for Scottish Autism and the Scottish Government.
My training can be in person or via Zoom, and the length depends on content, format, and number of attendees. I often run training with AMASE (Autistic Mutual Aid Society Edinburgh). If you are an organisation based in Edinburgh or the Lothians, particularly if you are in the 3rd or public sector, or looking for introductory training, I would strongly recommend getting in touch with AMASE for training. I also collaborate with my colleague Colin Kerr on training around autism, mental health and counselling. You can see our upcoming training sessions here.
